The tea has a great substantial body, a very strong, rich, and powerful taste with some astringency making it similar to espresso. It has a well-rounded texture that just rolls over the tongue with an exquisite flavor.

BREWING GUIDE
- Bring one cup of water to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, add 2.5 grams of the tea to the water.
- Simmer for 1.5 to 2 minutes
- Add milk and slowly bring just to simmer.
- Add sugar or jaggery to sweeten.
