This green tea has been made from tea leaves grown in Pasabong village near Kalimpong at an altitude of 2000 meters without using any chemical fertilizers or pesticides for several decades. Leaves have been processed by the small farmers in the same village in micro-tea processing units, but with great passion and love.

BREWING GUIDE
- Water temperature: 85-90º Celsius
- Dosage: 2.5-5 grams of tea
- Amount of water: 150-200 ml
- Re-steeping: 2-3 times
- Steeping time: 2, 2.5, 3 minutes
METHOD
Use fresh filtered water, bring it to heat, and let it cool down for a minute. Preheat your teapot and use approximately 3-4 grams of tea per 200-300 ml of water. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes. To discover the delicate subtleness of each tea always follow the instructions, and feel free to experiment with dosage, time, or temperature when you get accustomed to tea. Higher temperatures, larger amounts of leaves, and longer steeping time will result in stronger tea with more astringency. You can add sugar, lemon, or milk to your tea.
